Safety and Security
Please check that your electric light in your front yard is operating correctly and that the electronic eye is functioning properly as per SOFA covenants. Lights should be on at night for security.
Architectural Committee Reminders
All structures on your property must be kept in good condition and are not permitted to fall into disrepair. This includes painting and other finishes.

Skunk problem? Call Greene County Animal Control at 937-562-7400. Reserve a trap, pick it up, and set it with bread and peanut butter or jelly. Once a skunk is caught, call and they will come out quickly to pick it up. No charge!
September 2022
Change in Dues
As per the vote at the last HOA meeting, dues will be increasing effective 2023 to $200 per year until which time enough money has been raised to complete the needed work to the fountain area at the entrance to the Stone Falls neightborhood.

November 2015
Trees Planted on Lakeview
Twenty new trees are being planted in November on Lakeview. The City of Beavercreek is providing the labor and the SFOA covered the cost of the trees. This will add beauty to the community and assist with slowing traffic on Lakeview.

Saving for Fountain Replacement
We continue to save for the imminent failure of the fountain. It will be replaced by a waterless option.
